"I am called of God. My authority is above that of kings of the earth. By revelation I have been selected as a personal representative of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my master and He has chosen me to represent Him--to stand in His place, to say and do what He Himself would say and do if He personally were ministering to the very people to whom He has sent me. My voice is His voice, and my acts are His acts; my doctrine is His doctrine. My Commission is to do what He wants done; To say what He wants said; to be a living modern witness in word and in deed of the divinity of his great and marvelous Latter-day work. How great is my calling!"

Yeeahawwww

I'M READY TO BAPTIZE SOME COWBOYS IN MONTANA--YEEEEEHAAAWWW! My heart is still @ Temple Square for the next few days, but I am also very excited to go to Montana. I will be flying into Missoula--but I don't know what my actual area is yet. I remember when Landon was driving me to Sandpoint I was laying down sleeping and he made me sit up to see Missoula, I'm glad he did so I can picture it now...I remember it was relatively populated...haha. I feel like every week of my mission gets better and better. Just when I think I can't possibly love the people more or see more miracles, it happens. The Lord has really blessed me in more ways than I could ever possibly count. I have to tell you about one couple this week that I love so much. They are from San Diego and they are 79 years old-married over 50 years. They came on our tour and there was a contentious business man and he would try to ask us tricky questions, and she is Presbyterian but would always interject her own answers or stick up for us, haha. She was very stubborn and "I love the Bible and only the Bible" so she did not refer=( Her husband wanted to have missionaries but told Sis. Hofmann,"I know after 50 years, it is best just to do what my wife says." So about an hour after that tour we were talking about how much we love them and want to reinvite them and all the sudden they walk out of the North Visitors Center and say,"Hey can you take us to the Conference Center." Usually just Hosts take tours over there but Sis H. and I looked at each other, smiled, and said "of course!!" ---I have learned that there are no coincidences in missionary work. So we took them to the BOM gallery and then to the auditorium and I knew it was my last chance to invite her to have missionaries and the BOM. We started to talk about the Conference Center facts then the next thing I know I am bearing my testimony and crying saying something along the lines of,"I left my family, school, boyfriend, everything, because I love you so much and want you to have these blessings." They both were all teared up and she accepted the missionaries =) Yippeee! The very best part was that as we were going back up the escalator I looked back at her husband and he smiled, nodded his head, and winked at me--which said a million words to me. I hope he is the one who answers the door =)
Sister Hofmann's B-day was Tuesday and I made her a cake but today I am taking her to get her first Pedicure! Yay! I feel bad for whoever gets our scary/smelling feet, ha!I love you all so much and hope you have a great week!!!!!!!!
