"I am called of God. My authority is above that of kings of the earth. By revelation I have been selected as a personal representative of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my master and He has chosen me to represent Him--to stand in His place, to say and do what He Himself would say and do if He personally were ministering to the very people to whom He has sent me. My voice is His voice, and my acts are His acts; my doctrine is His doctrine. My Commission is to do what He wants done; To say what He wants said; to be a living modern witness in word and in deed of the divinity of his great and marvelous Latter-day work. How great is my calling!"

to the best family in the world

Thank you very much for the oranges and grapefuits! They were so wonderful...but I now have three canker sores in my mouth =( haha I think I ate a few too many; I've never been the best at sharing. You know, next time you can leave a letter in the box for me =) I feel like I got so much good news from home today! The Trek, Nathan's job, Grady's school, Whits meet, WOOHOOO! Thank you so much for the updates. I love my family, and I worry about you all the time now, so I appriciated hearing those things. Mom, I was with Sister Lara for 6 weeks, hahaha I thought that was so funny when you though it was only three. I guess it is going by fast for you! I can't believe how good Whitney has been doing at gym!! Cougar of the meet! I can't wait to see those DVDs! I remember that whenever I wanted to quit gym, because I was hurt or discouraged, Dad always told me that I couldn't quit while I was down. I felt like I ended my gym career really well, but WHIT REALLY went out in style! WOOT WOOT! I got Grady's letter about what you did in New York and I'm so jealous...what did you get me in China town? =) Oh Mom, will you tell the Easter Bunny I still haven't had chocolate candy this year so please don't tempt me? =) I can eat chocolate chip cookies though.... Since I have a nerdy family that loves American Idol I thought you might want to know that the APs got to take David Archuletta and his entire tour bus on a tour of Temple Square yesterday. So lucky! This week Elder Garn on the 2nd quorum of the Seventy came and did our mission tour and he spoke to us from 6:30 this morning until 10. I am so tired right now...I am going to take a nap. I have heard so many funny misconceptions this week. A couple were that Joseph Smith is our Jesus Christ and Brigham Young made the streets wide enough to link arms with his 27 wives (that was in a
published book about Salt Lake City). Also this man was SO shocked to hear there are members of the Church in South Korea, even though we have 6 sisters from there right now. Growing up in Chandler, it seems that most people have a little knowledge about church or the members but there are so many people that have NO CLUE. These two men from Brooklyn last week didn't even know there were members on the east coast and so I was so happy to tell him my Sis. and Bro.-in-law live in the Bronx =) This week there was a chemistry convention across the street that over 11,000 people came to, so the square was filled with science nerds. It was so fun to get to teach them! I thought that science people were faithless, but that was a bad stereotype--they are not at all! They recognize that there must be a higher power (God) better than most people. One guy, who was not a member, even asked if he could donate money to the church humanitarian program after our tour, so cool! I love you all VERY much and I hope you have a fantastic week. Here is my favorite scripture that I shared with some guests this week. Mormon 9:19. Its about miracles =) Sometimes I realize that I am on a mission and it makes me laugh out loud. haha, see, miracles.
I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
